Hi! I’m Dr. Julia Connor, founder of Connect Physical Therapy Pelvic Health & Wellness. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2017, graduating with high honors and earning the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellence in Manual Therapy. Prior to graduate school, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

After personally experiencing postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, I developed a passion for helping women navigate these often overlooked and under-treated conditions. I have completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health physical therapy and specialize in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, core dysfunction, urinary and bowel symptoms, painful intercourse, and return to exercise.

My treatment approach is hands-on, holistic, and centered around you as an individual. I am passionate about helping women better understand their bodies, regain confidence and control, and feel supported throughout their healing journey.

Connect PT offers personalized one-on-one care through both concierge in-home visits and, beginning July 1, in-office sessions in a calm and private pelvic wellness setting.
